The 3rd Ullapool Beer Festival will take place in Ullapool between 19th and 21st October 2007.

Ullapool Beer Festival is primarily aimed at promoting all of the micro breweries
of the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
The breweries that are represented at the festival are all distinctive in their own way.
The beers vary in taste, colour and complexity.
All these different characteristics are imparted through the amount of variants,
that are present in the environments surrounding the breweries.

The Highlands and Islands produce a vast array of beers,from light flowery beers to dark heavy beers and
everything in between, there is even one brewery that only produces organic beer.
